Ardh Sainik Canteen Distributor will get the same price on each and every product either purchase as retail from Ardh Sainik Canteen or through Direct Marketing on our own brands “Abhhyam-Ardh Sainik India” and along with other reputed brands, that is why we say “First time in India, Retail and Direct Marketing together”. Ardh Sainik Canteen Distributor will get Point Values (PV) on all products. Generally, in the market costumer get discount on some product, whereas, here you will get discount with PVand can earn lakhs and crores.
As you become ArdhSainik Canteen Distributor you will get Own Discount Bonus (ODB) on your shopping and can earn Bonus and Incentives of your team performance also.

However, entitled incentives will be released on following terms and conditions: a) On request will be released for the family welfare need such as house, education, health, travel, marriage, car etc. b) Can withdraw 4 time during the financial year. c) Maximum 60% of incentives will be allowed to released. d) At the time of retirement, 100% available balance FWI will be released. e) Distributors expenses related to the business growth will be adjusted under this head Phase wise on monthly basis Rs.50/- Rs.100/- and Rs.200/-. |
c) | I, II, III | 1% SWF (Social Welfare Fund) | 1% SWF of the net payout by the company will be released for Soldiers and widow welfare only. |
d) | I | 8% TSI (Team Shop Incentive) | Active Distributor is entitled for 8% Team Shopping Incentives as per scheme. |
e) | I | 15% TGB - (Team Growth Bonus) | 15% Team Growth Bonus in direct marketing is a very important part. |
f) | II | 4% DSB (Directorship Bonus) | Achieving as Director level is leadership quality. Therefore, 4% of monthly PV value of company as Bonus among the Directors Distributors on a proportionate basis of the Team performance. |
g) | II, III | 4% LSI (Leadership Shopping Incentive) | 4% LSI provision kept for leaders Distributors, as it is the responsibility of leaders to ensure their team must perform as per the policy. This incentive is entitled to all-star directors as per their team performance. |
h) | II, III | 4% LGB (Leadership Growth Bonus) | Leaders always take responsibility to lead to achieve and to perform, hence, kept 4% Bonus for leaders Team Growth on the basis of proportionate to Team Performance. |
i) | III | 4% MDB (Managing Director Bonus) | In addition to the TSI and TGB, 4% Star Managing Director Bonus is entitled. In Phase III, minimum total Incentive depends on the Team performance and maximum Incentive is fixed as explained in the scheme. |
j) | III | 4% PDB (President Director Bonus) | Now you are President Director and achieved the Goal. Hence, lead the team and guide them as per the policy of the company. 4% Bonus for President Directors Bonus on proportionate basis of team performance, however, maximum capping of Rs.1 crore per month is fixed for 24 months till he retired from the scheme with life time pension. |
k) | III | Monthly Life time Retiring Pension | In Phase-III optional retiring pension offer is available on the basis of available accumulated Pension Fund. However, President Director will be retired after 24 months from the Date of Promotion as President Director with a life time pension for him and for his spouse and pension premium fund will be released to nominee. Only one life time pension will be released to one person. |
l) | III | Retiring Gratuity | In Phase-III, Last month payout will be awarded as Retiring Gratuity by the company for retiring Distributors one time only. |
Monthly Life time Pension: For President Director
To honour and for a secure life of the President Director and further motivation and promotion opportunities for the entire Ardh Sainik Canteen Distributors community, the President Director will be retired on completion of 24 months, from the date of promotion as President Director. On retirement will be entitled for life time attractive monthly pension. To earn monthly pension,10% of total incentives will be deducted on monthly basis of distributer for pension fund only and remaining premium if any will be bear by the company. Pension will be entitled to individual and spouse and Insured amount will be payable to nominee after death of pensioner.
